After journeying for over 30 weeks through the digital world and being introduced to the various online tools, our Advanced Social Media have now entered the next phase of Online Safety.
Similarly to the offline world, you are also exposed to various viruses in the digital world. The Social Media group entered the Online Safety phase with a brief overview of the dangers of the internet and intelligent but dangerous guy known as a Hacker. Following the overview, the group then unpacked the term malicious software. The topics covered were viruses, worms, macro-viruses, Trojan horse, spyware and adware.
