The prestigious GROW Leadership Academy have graduated more than 300 students since its inception in both Cape Town and Johannesburg. It has pioneered developing young leaders in areas such as Leadership, Community Development, Entrepreneurship and Technology.

Due to the success of our 2013 graduates and continuous support by our partners, RLabs will be providing scholarships worth more than R6.75 Million to young people who would like to attend the GROW Leadership Academy in 2014. The GROW Leadership Academy is specifically aimed at young people aged 18 to 25, who have completed at least Grade 11 and who can commit to the 18 week programme.

The first call for applications in Cape Town will be held on the 10th and 11th of December 2013 at the RLabs head office in Bridgetown (66 Tarentaal Road, Bridgetown, Cape Town). Scholarship applications will be available between 9am and 7pm and prospective students are encouraged to bring along a certified copy of their ID to apply at the office.

Requirements: Youth aged 18 to 25 with a minimum of Grade 11.
