Empowering Communities: RLabs Academy Community Tour
We’re excited to announce the RLabs Academy Community Tour, a special initiative to bring hope and empowerment to our communities! At RLabs, we’re all about leading with LOVE and spreading HOPE.
This tour is our way of making a truly positive impact through freely driving our communities toward taking advantage of our various training and development opportunities. We are serious about building people.
This tour is monumentally important because our communities have never needed it more. We take it for granted that because we survived the pandemic and because things are well with us, that they are automatically well with everyone else. This is not the case for many.
Some individuals and families in our communities literally have no income and have to walk great distances or spend money they don’t have just to get around. As you can imagine, this can be discouraging to most, and in many cases, this is simply the reality.
By taking our courses directly to them, we are breaking down these barriers and difficulties, giving everyone we possibly can, a chance to succeed. We believe in the power of training and development to transform lives and communities.
As the digital rise is upon us and technology is evolving, we don’t want anyone left behind. We’ve researched the necessary skills people need to acquire in order to remain relevant in this digital revolution.
For the community, this tour is a sign of HOPE and opportunity. It is a chance to access vital new skills for free and to feel more confident about the future. Our programmes are designed to help people “change course” and gain the basics they need in order to set off in whichever direction they choose. Whether it’s learning how to use a computer or learning the essentials of designing things like logos for their business, they are now able to catch a glimpse of what their possibilities are, and decide which suits them best, before making a financial commitment.
