Today the RLabs Academy 2012 has officially begun, kicking it off by welcoming our 2nd generation of Legends to the Legacy programme 2012.
The Legacy programme is an RLabs initiative for ex-matriculants, getting them job ready for the world out there and training them to become legends and to leave a legacy behind. The programme is done over a period of 48 weeks.
The session started with a check-in and thereafter the legends identified their expectations for the year ahead and also what they saw as the need in their communities. One of our new legends, Jade Bunton was interviewed and shared her experience about her first day and what her expectations are.
