RLabs University is a free community driven course offering, also known as an Academy in a box. It brings together diversity, love, hope, and passion to equip different communities in Innovation, Tech & Design and Training and Development.
The trainings are focused on four development areas which are as follows:
Self Improvement – This developmental area assists you in discovering hidden talents and in improving your life, especially career, relationships, health, productivity, and personal goals.
Critical Skills – This developmental area helps you acquire a skill for employment and increases your probability for job placement. It also boosts your digital literacy.
Business Development – This developmental area helps the entrepreneur and business-minded person to turn their aspirations or ideas into small businesses as well as gain skills that can help you and your business to become more efficient. You can also equip yourself with a specialized skill that will enable you to start your own small business.
Future Fit – This developmental area equips you with the skills of the future. Skills which are becoming more and more relevant for employment as we enter the 4th industrial revolution.
RLabsU 1st semester on Saturday started with a huge turn out from students attending Introduction to Computers, Introduction to Personal Financial Management, Introduction to Computers and Introduction to Make up Artistry for their first session offerings.
RLabs continues to serve the community by offering courses on Thursday evening as well, so we can cater for those who work on Saturdays but also we understand that some of our communities have personal responsibilities on Saturday mornings.

My expectation for Introduction to Office Management & Technology was that I would gain the necessary knowledge to prepare me for an office environment or qualification to work in an administrative capacity. Learning about the different types of communication that are used within a business, Teamwork makes the dream work. Together Everyone Achieves More.
In RLabsU we believe in challenging the norm by activating an exponential way of thinking and empowering communities.
This semester we’ve experienced many challenges, learnings, and achievements. We are grateful for all the students who took the time to upskill themselves with us. We look forward to 2nd semester and hope to continue making Hope Contagious!
