RLabs Skills Accelerator and Amazon Career Choice Programs Transform Lives

On Thursday, 25 July 2024 marked a milestone in the lives of many participants as they graduated from the 12 month program, diving into topics such as data analytics, front-end development, full-stack development and IT support, these participants walked away with professional certification in their respective fields, but also gained the confidence to excel in their occupation fields by their employers and mentors.
Since its launch in 2012, Career Choice has empowered thousands of Amazon associates to pursue new career paths and enhance their professional skills.
By offering flexibility with online classes, Skills Accelerator focuses on advanced technical skills, offering certification courses, practical experience, and mentorship in areas of expertise. Some highlights and lowlights are reflected in the commitment of the facilitators and students, as many students juggled work and studies which came with their own pros and cons.
There were times where students were unable to join due to the workload of their daily tasks, whereas some managed to work around their time effectively, utilizing their breaks and late nights to achieve their goals, with the support of their mentors and peers we saw some amazing results in their learning journeys.
