I’ve been privileged to be selected as part of a team of delegates to Finland on the SAFIPA (South African Finland Knowledge ICT Partnership) Knowledge Exchange. This delegation will be in Finland till the end of this week and an exciting lineup of meetings have been arranged including a visit to Mobile Giant headquarters Nokia. Today we visited the Otaniemi Technology Hub and Aalto University (Innovation University) meeting various people who on the cutting edge of various research and development activities in the ICT sector. Topics discussed ranged from ICT Business Incubation, Mobile for Development to Future Internet and the Social Web.
