2012 will be another big year for She’s The Geek who will be joining the RLabs Innovation Incubator and Accelerator. Already winning awards for Best Science and Technology, being a catalyst in the Vote for Table Mountain Campaign and one of the leading technology reviewers in South Africa the potential for growth and impact is phenomenal. The founders Monique Ross and Rene Parker has already proven that they are a force to be reckon with when it comes to empowering women through the use of technology.
She’s The Geek will be incubated (watch short interview with Co-founder Monique Ross above) as it will develop a number of innovative programmes focusing on women empowerment and technology entrepreneurship. RLabs will continue introducing the various projects over the next few weeks that will be hosted in the Innovation Incubator and Accelerator and excited to see these Social Enterprises going from strength to strength.
