RLabs Academy is offering a course called Project Management Principles which is one of many other free courses that can be accessed by the community . The 10 week course was structured with a theoretical as well as a practical component to it. Theoretical component focused on the Project management skills and Techniques needed for successful completion of projects. Practical component required the team to work in smaller teams who each identified a unique social project that had to be completed over the duration of the course.
For the past 2 weeks teams implemented their projects in the community and today another team executed their project “Greening in an Open and Dry Space”(see video below) .The team worked hard together as they were only women, but with the excellent teamwork they pulled off this project in less than an hour.
