The past few weeks working at RLabs was quite something. The culture here is impressive. The way we all celebrate one another is so great I got to meet all the teams when we had a big staff meeting, That was great because I got to know more people from different backgrounds.
Working with my team is the best despite the many challenges we had, we always conquered it and stood strong. Even when our work was being analysed by Arcalea we were so worried, we kept reassuring one another that everything is going to be okay and that we will get through this together.
So the past few weeks have been challenging but I learnt so much and that is very important to me.
