The Afrilabs Annual Gathering 2024 went beyond being just an event. It was an immersive experience aimed at creating meaningful connections across Africa. A standout feature was the Ecosystem Hub Tours, where delegates explored Cape Town’s vibrant innovation hubs and experienced the groundbreaking work happening in the city.

A heartfelt thank you to the hubs that opened their doors and shared their journeys with us:

Each of these hubs is a pillar of innovation and entrepreneurship, demonstrating the incredible potential of Africa’s innovation ecosystem. The tours offered valuable insights and inspiration, enriching the gathering’s mission to foster collaboration across the continent.

A special thank you to the Anglo-American Foundation for sponsoring the Ecosystem Tours and making this experience possible. We are building a stronger, more connected Africa, one hub at a time.

As we reflect on the connections made and ideas born, we are filled with HOPE and excitement for the transformative impact they will have on Africa’s future.

Let’s keep uniting innovation for a brighter tomorrow!
